The President recently signed the “Reduction of Lead in Drinking Water Act”, that modifies the Safe Drinking Water Act. It states that by January of 2014, all pipes, pipe fittings, plumbing fittings and fixtures installed by Plumbing Contractors can have no more than .25% lead. Haldeman Mechanical has chosen to begin installing these reduced lead items now. We feel it is in the best interest of our customers to ensure that they have the cleanest water possible.
