GOLD LEVEL
- Preventive maintenance provided as per check sheet per equipment once per covered year
- Priority emergency service
- No labor charge for emergency calls on covered equipment during regular hours and 20% discount off list price for covered parts
- 20% discount on labor and 15% discount on covered parts for after hours emergency service calls
- 5% discount for replacement of covered equipment
- 10% discount on all service calls, repairs and improvements to equipment NOT covered
- Notification for renewal of Agreement at year’s end
SILVER LEVEL
- Preventive maintenance provided as per check sheet per equipment once per covered year
- Priority emergency service
- 10% discount on labor and materials for all service calls, repairs and improvements to equipment covered
- 5% discount on equipment NOT covered under agreement
- Notification for renewal of Agreement at year’s end
BRONZE LEVEL
- Customer calls annually for preventive maintenance
- Preventive maintenance provided as per check sheet per equipment
- Priority emergency service
- 5% discount on all service calls, repairs and improvements to maintained equipment one year from date of service.
